Return and Exchange Policy:
- Timeline: You have 30 days from receiving your package to initiate a return or exchange.
- Item Condition: To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Items that are worn, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Return Shipping: Free return shipping is offered on eligible U.S. orders. Visit our return portal to generate a prepaid return label.
Order Cancellation Process:
- During Business Hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM): To cancel an order, contact us with your order number, and we’ll assist you promptly.
- After Hours: Reply to your order confirmation email with a cancellation request, or contact us for assistance.
Earring Daddy 1-Month Warranty:
- Warranty Coverage: Our 1-month warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Warranty Claims: If you discover a defect within one month of purchase, please contact us to initiate a warranty claim. We will repair, replace, or issue a store credit/refund at our discretion.
- Warranty Conditions: The warranty does not cover lost, stolen, or misused items, general wear and tear, or scratches.

Shipping Information
- Free Standard Shipping: Offered on all U.S. orders with no minimum.
- Priority & Overnight Shipping: Free priority on orders over $500 and overnight shipping on orders over $2000.
- Processing Time: Each item is made to order, with a 3-day lead time. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
- Signature Required for Orders Over $750: Enhances security for valuable items.
- Shipping Responsibility: We are not liable for items marked “Delivered” in the tracking system. Insurance only applies to undelivered packages.
- International Orders: Import duties, taxes, and additional charges are the buyer's responsibility.
